​Deported for throwing a cigarette stub

The citizen of Uzbekistan has been deported from Kazakhstan for throwing a cigarette stub.

Atyrau city court considered a civil case about deportation from Kazakhstan of the Uzbekistan citizen K. Kodirov. He threw a cigarette stub onto unallotted spot near the grocery store, thereby violating the Administrative Code of Kazakhstan treated as small hooliganism.

– According to item "b" of Art. 28 of RoK Law RK "About Legal Status of Foreigners" he can be deported from the country if he violated our law, – said the head of press service of regional court Boranbai Galiev. – Therefore the court made such a decision.
