By Atyrau Mayor's order Kuanyshbek Makashev, 35 y.o, has been appointed the head of city department of architecture and town planning. He previously worked as the director of “Atyrau General Planning" LLP. The position of the city chief architect was vacant for about a year after the voluntary resignation of Daniyar Bodaubai.
