​National currency rate repeats historic low in Kazakhstan

The exchange rate the national currency tenge hit a new historic low in Kazakhstan these days.

According to kurs.kz website that monitors the exchange rate in exchange offices of the cities of Kazakhstan, exchange offices of Almaty have a buy rate of 288.5 tenge per dollar, the lowest, and sell dollars for 290-301 tenge per dollar.

The official website of the Bank CenterCredit sells dollars for 301 tenge per dollar.

The Kazkomertsbank buys dollars for 299 tenge and sells for 301 tenge.

The morning trading session in US dollar with T+0 in tenge (USDKZT_TOD), euro with T+0 in tenge (EURKZT_TOD) and US dollars (EURUSD_TOD), Chinese yuan with T+0 in tenge (CNYKZT_TOD) ended on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). For the mentioned instruments this session is the main.

22 members of KASE currencies market traded in the session.

US dollar weighted average rate with T+0 settlements in tenge made up KZT298.92 per dollar (KZT+14.64), the trades volume - USD100,800 th. (USD+10,300 th.).

On euro with Т+0 settlements in tenge no deals were made. At the session close the bid made up KZT325.00 per euro; the ask - KZT335.00 per euro.

On euro with Т+0 settlements in US dollars no deals were made. Quotes were absent at the session close.

Chinese yuan weighted average rate with T+0 settlements in tenge made up KZT46.9000 per yuan (KZT+1.9780), the trades volume - CNY200 th. (CNY-300 th.).
