​Ex-Governor's Case. Consideration of Cassational Appeals Started

Consideration of cassational appeals of the participants of former Atyrau Oblast Governor Bergey Ryskaliev's criminal community, condemned in criminal case, has started.

The first meeting of cassation judicial board took place in Atyrau regional court on July 28. According to press service of Atyrau regional court, the court is considering the appeals of the former First Deputy Governor of Atyrau Oblast Bolat Daukenov and other condemned, as well as cassation protest of the prosecutor, the cassation of defenders, owners of property turned by the court sentence into income of the state.
