College of Fashion and Design rocked by explosion in Almaty, one dead

In Almaty bomb exploded this mornig at the College of Fashion and Design.A hand grenade has exploded at the College of Fashion and Design in Almaty this morning.

According to witness, the accident occured at 9:20 a.m. Almaty time. As a result of the explosion one student (female) died and eight people, including a teacher, were severely injured. Paramedics rushed them to a local hospital, azh.kz refers to inform.kz.

There was no immediate word on the reasons of Ithe explosion. The police are currently investigating.
