Nurlybek Ozhaev appointed Atyrau city Mayor

Nurlybek OzhaevToday, June 19, Baktykozha Izmukhambetov, Atyrau Oblast Governor, introduced new city Mayor at the core group meeting.

Nurlybek Ozhaev’s previous position was the Governor of Issatai District of Atyrau Oblast.     

Since August, 2012 the Mayor’s position was occupied by Serik Aidarbekov.

Serik Aidarbekov now will work in the office of RoK President’s Administration.

New Mayor Nurlybek Ozhaev was born in 1964. He started his career in 1986 in Komsomol League. In 1992-2003 he held various positions in state agencies of Makhambet District. He also worked as the head of staff of Atyrau Mayor’s Office. He worked in Agip KCO company. Prior to his new assignment Ozhaev worked as Governor of Issatai District.
