Kazakhstan expects cold snaps in September

Weather in Kazakhstan will cool down twice in September. The first drop of air temperature is expected for Sep 3-6 and the second for Sep 15-20 due to cold air masses coming from the Kara Sea, according to KazGidroMet.

As a whole, this year’s September in Kazakhstan will be warm and dry, judging by the trend of the last 30 years. Average monthly temperature is expected to be 12^oC in the north and 22^oC in the south of the country. In the end of the month we will enjoy Indian summer, the best time of the autumn, after the coming of warm Mediterranean air masses. It is expected for September 25 and then air will heat up to 18-23^oC.
