The head of state signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On commercialization of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities" aimed at the implementation of national plan - 100 concrete steps to carry out five institutional reforms on improving the efficiency of the scientific sphere, the level of innovation and the development of high-tech industries in the priority sectors of the economy by stimulating the commercial use of scientific and technical activity results, to attract private enterprise to research projects.
In addition, the Kazakh President signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on commercialization of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities" aimed at bringing legislation into line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On commercialization of scientific and ( or) scientific and technical activities. "
