Nursultan Nazarbayev receives certificate of President of Kazakhstan

Chairman of the Central Election Commission Kuandyk Turgankulov has presented the certificate of the President of Kazakhstan to Nursultan Nazarbayev.

"Dear Nursultan Nazarbayev, in accordance with the outcome of the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held April 26, 2015, in obedience to the national legislation, allow me to present you a certificate of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," chairman of the Central Election Commission addressed to the Head of State.
