TCO reduced oil production by 1,5% in 2014

Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) reduced oil production volume by 1,5% down to 26,7 million tons in 2014, reports referring to kaztag.
"In 2014 oil production volumes made 26,7 million tons (213 million barrels)",- reads the information released by the company at the press conference on Friday.
To recall, in 2013 the volume of oil production made 27,1 million tons (216 million barrels).
Tengizchevroil LLP was formed in 1993 for production of hydrocarbons at Tengiz oil and gas field. The total explored reserves of the Tengiz field make 3 billion metric tons and 190 million metric tons at Korolyov field. TCO shareholders are: ChevronTexaco Overseas (50%), ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Ventures Inc (25%), KazMunaiGas JSC (20%) and LuKArco (5%).
