Rail car derailed at Sagiz station in Atyrau Oblast

On February 8, at 7pm at Sagiz railway station thermocar # 58005109 of cargo train # 3480 “Kandagach-Makat” derailed. The rail car was loaded with juice.

As Internal Affairs Department press service reported, there were 54 cars in the total train. The reason of derailment is the breakage of axes of back wheels. The rail car has been put on a side-track. The recovery work of tracks are ongoing. There was no delays of train service so far.
