We are strengthening the friendship, good neighborliness, and trust between our countries and peoples.

All of us together should secure the desired effectiveness of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The potential of the Eurasian Economic Union member states is huge. Rapprochement will only make us stronger. It means that advancement along the integration track should be continued. There is no other way out.
Vladimir Putin:
- The Eurasian Economic Union is open for all our neighbors, in the framework of the CIS, partners in the east and west. Theparticipation of Armenia that signed such a treaty earlier and Kyrgyzstan in the EEU will contribute to the countries’ development. The growth of the number of participants is for the good of the Union as well.
Almazbek Atambayev:
- The agreement defined clear and fair options of Kyrgyzstan's accession to the union, common customs tariff, the date of application of the tariff, abolition of customs control on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border and the agreement's entry into force. I am sure that difficult times will be easier to survive if we are friends and help each other.
