Who needs such wheelchair ramp? In the old buildings (where wheelchair ramps were not forseen by the design) it is impossible to build a ramp for the people in wheelchairs. Why to build such wheelchair ramps? For formalistic purposes, just to tick the box? What's the point? Only to riun the exterior side and nothing else.
