Kazakhstan’s Supreme Court created a hotline to receive and process citizens’ enquiries related to the judicial process.
The new contact center started its work in November and e-mail messages notifying the citizens were sent across the coutry. It provides information on how to appeal against judicial acts and how to file complaints against judges and court employees and other issues handled by regional courts.
The message says: “Please be informed about the possibility to appeal to RoK Prosecutor General’s Office using the free hotline: 115. You can also send e-mail message via www.115.kz portal by using e-signature. There is an option for tracking the life cycle of your enquiry. Other details are available on website: www.prokuror.kz.”
