3 passengers out of 6 were killed in traffic accident in Atyrau Oblast

On July 15 two fatal traffic accidents took place in Atyrau Oblast.

On 34th kilometer of Atyrau-Dossor highway 33-y.o. resident of Kulsary lost control of his Mercedes-Benz Vitominibus and it capsized claiming lives of three passengers, the other three passengers and the driver were hospitalized. According to preliminary information all 6 passengers of the minibus were from Pavlodar.

Gulnazira Mukhtarova, the head of Internal Affairs press service, said that criminal investigation was launched as per Article 296, part 3 of RoK Criminal Code (“Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicle that led to death of 2 and more people”).

The second fatal traffic accident took place in Akkol village of Kurmangazy District. 26-y.o. village resident hit by his car 2-y.o. boy who ran to the road. The little boy died on the scene. Criminal investigation has been launched as per Article 296, part 2 of RoK Criminal Code (“Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicle that led to death of a person”).
