Kazakhstan to maintain a visa-free regime with South Korea

“Holders of internal passports could in-move to Kazakhstan and Korea for 1 month,” Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexey Volkov informed speaking during the press conference in the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan in Astana on June 10, 2014, bnews.kz reports.

The Agreement in mutual visa-free regimes for 1 month for holders of ordinary passports between Kazakhstan and Korea will be signed during the official visit of South Korean President Park Geun-hye to Kazakhstan, which is planned for June 18-20, official website of Strategy 2050 reported.

The talks at the highest level, holding of Kazakhstan-Korea Business Forum and singing of a package of documents (around 17) are expected during the visit.

According to him, the development of tourism, medicine, research technologies and student exchange will be discussed during the visit.
