Wanted governor Bergei Ryskaliyev's father dies

October 7, Saulebai Ryskaliyev, the father of the former governor of Atyrau Oblast Bergei Ryskaliyev, died at the age of 78 in Aktobe. 

Saulebai Ryskaliyev was the father of three sons and four daughters. The most famous of them are Bergei and Amanzhan Ryskali, a businessman and ex-MP.

The both are now wanted on charges of budget embezzlement and unlikely to attend father's funeral on October 9.

Saulebai Ryskaliyev was born in the Kyzylkoga District of Atyrau Oblast. At the age of 18 he entered a vocational college in Dossor and until movement to Aktobe lived all his life in the village of Makat with his wife, working in oil sector as a mechanic and foreman driller.
