KAMaz truck and train collided, driver hospitalized

Today early morning in Astana a train carrying 20 wagons of grain, derailed after colliding with KAMaz truck, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry said.

As a result, a 44-year-old truck driver was hospitalized. The accident occurred at the separate railway branch and therefore the main railway wasn't blocked. The Astana-Karaganda highway has been cordoned off after the traffic accident. Recovery operations are in process at the scene of the accident.
