Ex oil minister Mynbayev replaces KMG head Kiyinov

Upon the ruling of Kazakhstan President and decision by the Board of Samruk Kazyna National Well-being Fund, Lyazzat Kiyinov has been relieved from the post of Kazmunaygas CEO.

Former oil and gas minister Mynbayev has been assigned to head Kazmunaygas.

"Lyazzat Ketebayevich, you came to the company at challenging times. You have done a great work to stabilize social circumstances at the entities of Kazmunaygas group of companies," said Umirzak Shukeyev, Samruk-Kazyna CEO, unveiling a new director for the national oil firm.

JSC National Company Kazmunaygas is a member of Samruk-Kazyna group of companies.
