The success of the Kazakh-Turkish high school students will help strengthen friendship between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
This opinion was voiced by Mehmet Mesut Ata, the Chairman of "Katev" - an international public foundation - during the festive event tagged "20 years of creative work for the benefit of future" devoted to the 20th anniversary of the fund held in "Kazmediacenter" in Astana.
"In 1992, with participation of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Turgut Ozal, the President of the Turkish Republic, first Kazakh-Turkish high schools were opened in Almaty, Kokshetau and Turkestan," said Mehmet Mesut Ata.
Foundation chairman noted great merits of Nursultan Nazarbayev for cooperation development in the field of education between Kazakhstan and Turkey and expressed his boundless gratitude for the support provided.
