Trend - Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan sign agreement on strategic partnership - Uzbek President Islam Karimov and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed an agreement which launched a strategic partnership between the two countries today, a Trend correspondent reported at the signing ceremony today.
