Ex advisor to the President of Kazakhstan Krymbek Kusherbayev has been appointed the RoK Deputy Prime Minister, Akorda said on official Twitter account on Wednesday.
Kusherbayev was born in Kyzylorda Oblast. In various periods he held positions of the minister of education and the minister of culture, healthcare and sports. He served as a plenipotentiary ambassador of Kazakhstan to a number of countries, the Akim of the West Kazakhstan and Mangystau Oblasts. In December, 2011, he resigned from the position of the Mangistau Oblast Akim after the mass unrest in Zhanaozen. In July, 2012, he was appointed the advisor to President Nazarbayev.
