Emergency emission of untreated sulphurous gas at TCO plant (January 11, 2013).

The video shown during the report of Erbol Kuanov, the Head of Atyrau Oblast Department of Ecology, at the field meeting of the Committee of Ecological Regulation and Control under the Ministry of Environmental Protection which was held on April 18. According to Kuanov in the last six years 720 similar emissions took place in Tengiz.
