​Dariga Nazarbayeva appointed deputy prime minister of Kazakhstan

Image 0Dariga Nazarbayeva, the eldest daugher of President Nazarbaev, has been appointed the deputy prime minister of Kazakhstan.

"By the decree of the Head of state Dariga Nazarbayev is appointed the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan", - reads message.

Dariga Nazarbayeva was born on May 7, 1963 in the city of Temirtau of Karaganda region. In 1980-1983 she studied at the department of history at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1983-1985 – she is the student of department of history at KazGU named after Kirov. In 1985-1987 – she is the trainee-researcher of the department of history at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1987-1990 - the graduate student of Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is the Doctor of political sciences, Candidate of historical sciences. In January 2012, she became the deputy and headed the committee of Mazhilis on welfare development. On April 3, 2014 she was unanimously elected the vice speaker of Mazhilis and the head of parliamentary fraction of Nur Otan party.
