Nauryz celebrated by the villagers in Saraishyk

People of this little and poor Saraishyk village collected money and organized the celebration of Nauryz- Kazakh New Year. The atmosphere of the event was great. People in its true meaning were happy to see each other and everybody felt like the part of a big family. Young people and children showed respect to elders, young wives did all cooking and laid the table, men put up felt house - yutra and installed sports competition equipment, people danced, sang and had great time. I was there and felt people's warmness and the coming of spring in its true sense.
