Fog and bleak wind take hold of Kazakhstan

Weather with precipitation, fog, sleet and bleak wind will take hold of Kazakhstan today, Kazhydromet reports.

Meteorologists predict snowstorm, fog, sleet and strong wind in Akmola, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Atyrau and Kostanay regions. Fog will blanket North Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions early in the morning. It will be slippery and foggy in West Kazakhstan and East Kazakhstan regions. Wind will strengthen up to 15-20 m per s in Almaty, Zhambyl and South Kazakhstan regions. 

Snow, blizzard and wind gusting up to 15-20 m per s are expected in the Kazakh capital - Astana. Temperature is set to drop to -4,-6 °C. 

As for Almaty it will enjoy warm weather (+10,+12°C) without precipitation.
