The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin discussed by phone with heads of Kazakhstan and Belarus - Nursultan Nazarbayev and Alexander Lukashenko the situation in Ukraine, the press service of the Kremlin reported on Monday, azh.kz reports.
"Development of crisis situation in Ukraine, creating real danger of life and to legitimate interests, first of all, of the Russian-speaking population in Crimea and East regions of this country has been discussed", - reads the message.
