The most exciting stage of the championship was hunting itself. The golden eagles had to catch a hare or a corsac. Golden eagle hunters from Almaty, Almas Seitzhan, and his feathered hunter Akbalak won the championship.

Over 14 days of the most prestigious rally-marathon participants passed over 9000 kilometers. Astana Motor sports team made a good showing. Two crews made it to the top 20. They are the truck crew of driver Artur Ardavichus, navigator Alexei Nikizhev and mechanic Radim Kaplanek, and the car crew of driver Aidyn Rakhimbayev and Vladimir Demyanenko. The two crews took the 14th and 17th places respectively. The car crew of driver Denis Berezovsky and Ignat Falkovan took 37th place.
