Tengizchevroil LLP has presented a report on its performance in the first half 2013.
Crude oil production reached 13.6 million tons - 108.7 million barrels. Over the period, the company sold 673,000 tons of liquified gas, 3.5 billion cubic meters of dry gas and 1.8 million tons of sulfur.
By June 30, the volumes of the last mentioned side product at the sulfur pads at Tengiz have reduced down to 2.1 million tons.
Average emission per ton of produced oil made 2.45 kilograms.
Company's direct payment to Kazakhstan in 2012 equals $14.2 billion. In the first six months of 2013 Tengizhcevroil paid $8.6 billion to the country's budget.
