Chinese president to visit Kazakhstan

The first visit of President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping to Kazakhstan is set to be held this September, acting chairman of JSC "KazMunaiGas" Daniyar Berlibayev said at a meeting on the first halfyear results of work of the subsidiaries of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna".

"The first project to be launched is the first section of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent gas pipeline. Currently, we are negotiating Xi Jinping's visit to Kazakhstan on September 6-8, 2013 and the organization of the launching ceremony with our Chinese colleagues," he noted.

It is worth mentioning, it will be the first visit of Xi Jinping to Kazakhstan as the President of China.
