Keppel strikers win 30% salary increase

The workers that went on strike on Feb 19 informed the journalists that they won 30% salary increase. But the company management still doesn't comment on this rather unstable situation at the enterprise.

This is, so far, the first time when the company management made concessions, say the company employees. There is no information with regards to the other demands of the workers: the right for “overtime” and stopping of illegal dismissals of trainees. Despite this, the workers called off a strike and resumed their duties.
