75 countries officially confirmed their participation in "EXPO-2017"

To date, 75 countries have officially confirmed their participation in the international exhibition "EXPO-2017," said Nurbek Yergeshbayev, Deputy Director of the Department of International Relations "Astana EXPO-2017" NC, BNews.kz reports.

"To date, 75 countries have officially confirmed their participation. 278 delegates from 102 countries are taking part in today's meeting. It suggests that the international community attaches great importance to energy issues, in particular on EXPO-2017 platform, since it is a good opportunity to demonstrate latest technology or draft concepts that may be the answer to some questions associated with energy," he said.

As a result of today's meeting 13 contracts with each country's participation will be signed, thus, in general, 40 agreements will be signed.
