Anomalous warming came to Kazakhstan

From February 2 to 4 , abnormal warming is predicted in Kazakhstan, according to Kazhydromet forecasts.

Deep cyclone located over the Norwegian Sea is shifting to the east, bringing warm air from the Atlantic sea with a large amount of moisture. The warm atmospheric fronts connected with this cyclone continue to move through Kazakhstan, causing almost on all of its territory snowfalls with blizzards, strong western wind, in the south and the west black-ice formations and temperature rise are expected, in the west and the south the temperature will rise above zero. In the forthcoming three days abnormal temperature 3-7 degrees above climatic norm are expected, in the southern parts of the republic the temperature will increase for 8-12 degrees.
