Falcon 9 launch, landing & explosion January 2016

After launching the Jason-3 international oceanography satellite mission from Vandenberg's Space Launch Complex 4 East on 17 January 2016, the first stage of SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket attempted launding on "Just Read the Instructions" droneship. The rocket reached the target, but came in to hard and broke one of its landing legs. The rocket tipped over and exploded.
