Weather forecasters inform about weather on N Year’s eve

In most parts of Kazakhstan on Monday, December 31, the weather will be unsteady. Snow showers, blizzard and increase of wind are expected.

In some parts there will be patchy fogs and black ice. Only in the south and in south-east part of the republic there will be no precipitation, reports Kazhydromet.

In Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanai, North-Kazakhstan and East-Kazakhstan Oblasts isolated blizzards and increase of wind (15-22 м/s) are expected.

In West Kazakhstan Oblast isolated blizzards and increase of wind (15-20 м/s) are expected.

In Mangistau Oblast isolated increase of wind (15-20 м/s), patchy blizzard and black ice are expected.

In Akmola Oblast – increase of wind (15-20m/s), isolated gusts of wind (25m/s), patchy blizzard are expected.

In Almaty and in some parts of South Kazakhstan Oblastheavy frost is expected.
