Three more under arrest

Atyrau City Court No. 2 issued the sanction for the house arrest of Turlanbek DZHIENBAYEV, the Director of “GosEkspertiza” branch, Alexander KUZEM, the Director of “Arkaim-2005” LLP and Azamat KURMANTAYEV, the Director of “StroyContractGroup” LLP.

As reported by Boranbai GALIEV, the Head of the Press Service of Atyrau Oblast Court, the sanctions for two months house arrest were issued on September 23. Charges had been filed against all the three for misappropriation of 177 mln tenge of budgetary funds, allocated for the construction of schools, hospitals and kindergartens (Article 176, part 3 of RoK Criminal Code – “Misappropriation or embezzlement of entrusted alien property”).
