ArcelorMittal Temirtau announces 10% pay rise for staff

All employees of "ArcelorMittal Temirtau" JSC will get a 10% pay rise starting April 1, 2014, Director General Vijay Mahadevan announced Friday, inform.kz reports.

“We've made a decision to offer the entire staff a 10% pay rise in April,” Mr. Mahadevan said.

The Kazakh President instructed to give all Kazakhstani civil servants working at the government agencies and enterprises a 10% pay rise as of April 1 at the extended session of the Government Friday morning. The Head of State called on large mining and oil&gas companies and national companies to look into the possibility of pay rise as well.
