​Serik Akhmetov, ex premier, accused of corruption partly compensated damage caused to the state

Serik Akhmetov, ex prime minister of Kazakhstan, accused of corruption has partly compensated the damage caused to the state.

"The condition alleviating criminal responsibility is that Akhmetov has partly compensated the damage caused to the state in the size of 430 million tenge," reads the indictment.
According to the available information the damage was compensated by the relatives of the accused.
