Price of cigarettes in Kazakhstan to jump next year

The minimum wholesale price of cigarettes in Kazakhstan will jump up to 200 tenge as of January 1, 2015, the Kazakhstan Government resolution states, azh. kz reports.

“To establish the minimum wholesale price for 20 filtered cigarettes as 200 tenge as of January 1, 2015”, says the document.

The resolution will be enforced on January 1, 2015.

The current minimum price of filtered cigarettes is 150 tenge.
