Ruslan TuruntayevStudent of the central music school under the Moscow State Academy of Music Ruslan Turuntayev has penned a letter to President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Akorda press service reports.
In his letter, the young musician expressed his profound gratitude to the Head of State for his efforts to make the life of Kazakhstanis better.
Ruslan also wrote that he won the 8th International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians in Moscow.
"You are doing your best so that all people of Kazakhstan could live happily. And I would like to dedicate my victory to your birthday. This is my present to you," the letter reads.
